structure. Naturally, you want the best possible implant—one that fits your anatomy precisely and restores both function and aesthetics. After all, this implant will stay with you for the rest of your life.
Standard implants come in a range of predefined sizes, but none are designed specifically for you. In fact, to accommodate a standard, off-the-shelf implant, surgeons often have to reshape your bone—removing healthy tissue just to make the implant fit.
It’s like buying jeans that are slightly too small and having to lose weight to fit into them—or worse, surgically shortening your legs to match the
jeans’ length. While this analogy may sound extreme, it reflects what happens when standard implants are used.

That’s why we create Patient-Specific Implants (PSIs)—customized implants made to match the unique anatomy of each individual patient.

How It Works

Using high-resolution medical imaging data—such as CT (Computed Tomography) or CBCT (Cone Beam CT)—we create a 3D digital model of
your bone anatomy. Based on this model, and in close collaboration with your surgeon, we design a custom implant that precisely fits your defect
or condition.
Once the design is approved, we manufacture your implant using the most suitable biocompatible material, often medical-grade titanium,
through additive manufacturing (3D printing). The implant is designed exclusively for you—it figuratively bears your name.
Because the implant is tailored to your anatomy, it offers a plug-and-play solution for your surgeon, resulting in shorter surgeries and faster
recovery times.
