Family started the business in 1958. Late Mr. Bimal Pershad Jain transitioned from a bicycle & rickshaw shop to fasteners manufacturing, moving from a small house to setting up an industry.

In 2006, Universal Precision Screws (UPS), a leading manufacturer of fasteners and precision machining components, was established by Mr. Rajesh Jain. UPS is known for developing print parts and fasteners for the automotive, aerospace, and industrial segments.

Expanded capacity for wind Energy, defense & aerospace for critical parts
Implemented SAP & deployed to all departments

Achieved AS9100 Rev C Certificate
Achieved CE Mark Certificate

Achieved ISO 17025 Certificate with NABL Certification for Mechanical Testing Laboratory

Certified with PED 2016/68/EU as per EU Directive

Received approval from Honeywell Aerospace for global supplies
